# Shipper

The Shipper enrollment to the Orchestro Network is a four-step Process

## Commercial Contract

The first stage involves establishing a commercial agreement between the shipper and  Orchestro platform

## Account Configuration

Once the commercial contract is in place, the platform sets up an account for the Shipper.
Orchestro will send a template to its member, to capture the Shipper network configurations, preferences, data exchange preferences, etc. The data is then mapped to the network.

## Integration

This stage focuses on the technical integration between the shipper's systems and the platform.
Orchestro will assign a technical team to assist all Shippers with integrating per the network standards.

A channel of communication will be established for the Shipper administrator to connect with the Orchestro integration team.  A sandbox environment will be provided for initial integration and testing.
Production credentials are provided once the Shipper is ready for live transactions.

## Portal View

This is the final stage.
All Shipper’s are provided access to their Orchestro Network configuration and order data through a portal view. Initial access is for the Carrier administrator. Additional role-based access is assigned by the assigned administrator. The portal also provides actionable metrics, analytics, and insights of the Shipper’s performance.
